PETALING JAYA:
National women’s doubles shuttlers Pearly Tan-M Thinaah had to work hard before booking a berth in the Arctic Open finals, making it their sixth appearance in a final this year.

The Malaysian world No 2 pair took 62 minutes to defeat Taiwan’s 11th ranked duo Hsieh Pei Shan-Hung En Tzu 22-24, 21-8, 21-17 at the Energia Areena in Vantaa, Finland.
