State police chief Alzafny Ahmad said the boy was found unconscious in the school toilet and taken to a private clinic where he was pronounced dead, Harian Metro reported.

“The case has been classified under Section 507C of the Penal Code,” he was quoted as saying.

Section 507C criminalises threatening and abusive behaviour.

Alzafny said a post-mortem would be conducted today to determine the cause of death. He also advised the public to refrain from speculating about the case.
