Kajang police chief Naazron Yusof said the incident was witnessed by a security guard who was patrolling the area.

“He saw the 48-year-old resident sitting on her balcony before falling to the parking area,” he said in a statement.

“The woman was pronounced dead at the scene from severe head and thigh injuries.”

Her body was sent to Kajang Hospital for a post-mortem and the case has been classified as sudden death.
