KOTA KINABALU: A woman was found dead with multiple injuries to her neck, head and eyes, after she was believed to have been assaulted with a sharp weapon at a house in Tamparuli on Friday.
Tuaran police chief Noraidin Ag Maidin said a 47-year-old suspect was arrested the same day.
“The suspect is believed to have mental health issues and had previously received treatment. The motive is still under investigation,” he said in a statement today.
