KUALA LUMPUR Bursa Malaysia Bhd said its chief financial officer (CFO) Rosidah Baharom has stepped down from the role, effective from yesterday.
In a filing to the stock exchange, Bursa Malaysia said Rosidah resigned to pursue personal interests.
“The board, through its nomination and remuneration committee, had earlier embarked on an exercise to identify and appoint a new CFO of the company.
“An announcement on the new appointment will be made in due course,” the operator of the country’s bourse said.
In the interim, it said Rasmona Abdul Rahman, executive vice-president of group finance and corporate services, will assume the position of acting CFO effective today.
