Amorim said the match will be a form of celebration if United were to beat Tottenham in the Europa League final in Bilbao, Spain, on May 21.
“Yes, we will bring all our players. I was consulted personally for this tour,” he said in a statement today.
He said a full squad attendance is not merely for the sake of commercial demand, but a symbol of appreciation to United’s loyal fans.
“We are going to connect with our fans around the world and that is important, especially when we lose and we disappoint our supporters during this tough season.
“I think it is the least we can do. And we are going to take all (members of) the team, the young kids also, and we’ll have the staff there.
“We had a lot of changes in the staff so we’re trying to build something as a family,” he said.
The 13-time Premier League champions last played in Malaysia during their 2009 pre-season tour, defeating the Malaysian XI twice at Bukit Jalil.
This year’s friendly in Kuala Lumpur will be part of a wider pre-season run. After Malaysia, United will head to Hong Kong to face the national team at the Hong Kong Stadium on May 30.
They are then scheduled to meet Leeds United in Stockholm on July 19, before travelling to the US for the Premier League’s Summer Series against West Ham United (July 26), Bournemouth (July 30) and Everton (Aug 3).
