Air Selangor customers affected by pipeline blaze to get 1-month rebate

Air Selangor customers affected by the gas pipeline fire in Putra Heights will be exempted from paying their March water bill.

In a Facebook post, the water concessionaire said these customers would enjoy a one-off 100% rebate for one month to help ease their burdens following the blaze.

It also said it would provide several other forms of assistance, such as by waiving the reconnection fee for water supply to homes affected by the fire.

“This also includes no minimum charges for premises with no water usage until further notice.

“Air Selangor will continue to monitor developments in the affected areas and is committed to assisting our customers in Putra Heights according to current needs,” it said.
