In a Facebook post, Bersatu secretary-general Azmin Ali said Muhyiddin has also ordered for an audit of Bersatu’s machinery to be carried out in all states.
Muhyiddin issued the directive during a Bersatu meeting yesterday, which also discussed “very encouraging developments” following a meeting among Bersatu and PAS’s top leadership on Wednesday, said Azmin.
“The president also called on all leaders and members to maintain discipline and integrity, work together with the coalition parties in Perikatan Nasional, and always be attentive to the public’s needs,” said Azmin.

Last November, Azmin said Bersatu should prepare for the possibility of snap polls before the government’s term ends in 2027.
In a Berita Harian report, Azmin told delegates at the party’s annual general assembly that Bersatu is looking to boost its membership and open more branches in preparation for upcoming elections.
“The general election won’t necessarily be held three years from now,” he said.
