Lawyer S Vinesh said magistrate Bukhori Ruslan has fixed for the case to be called up on Jan 27, for the charge to be read and explained again to the juvenile as he did not appear to understand Bahasa Malaysia.
“The court will arrange for someone to explain the charge in the language the juvenile best understands,” Vinesh told FMT.
Deputy public prosecutor Nur’ain Madihah Zulkifli appeared for the prosecution.
Vinesh, who was assisted by T Daneish, said both accused will be held in Sungai Buloh prison since bail is not allowed for a murder charge.
