PETALING JAYA:
Fashion Valet Sdn Bhd’s founding couple Vivy Yusof and Fadzarudin Anuar were summoned to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission headquarters in Putrajaya for the fifth day today to give their statements.

Chief commissioner Azam Baki said MACC is still in the process of obtaining explanations on how Fashion Valet, an e-commerce platform, received and spent the investments by Khazanah Nasional Bhd and Permodalan Nasional Bhd.

Azam said MACC has taken statements from nine witnesses so far, including the couple, Bernama reported. He did not rule out the possibility that the couple would return tomorrow to continue recording their statements.

No arrests have been made so far.

MACC had previously stated that suspicious account transactions were discovered during the investigation into a loss of RM43.9 million suffered by Khazanah and PNB from their investment in Fashion Valet.
