Toll on West Coast Expressway stretch begins on Monday

Toll rates and payment methods are fully integrated with the South Klang Valley Expressway at the Tanjung Dua Belas interchange.

SHAH ALAM:
Toll collection will begin on a 12.6km stretch of the West Coast Expressway (Section 1), from Banting to the South Klang Valley Expressway, from 12.01am on Monday (Sept 30).

Toll collection will be fully electronic, via Touch ‘n Go cards, Smart Tag, and RFID. “Toll rates and payment methods are fully integrated with the South Klang Valley Expressway at the Tanjung Dua Belas interchange,” the highway operator said. “It takes into account the entire journey, including the segment on the SKVE.”

Toll rates range from RM1.70 to RM16.11.

The West Coast Expressway spans 233km from Banting, Selangor, to Taiping (Changkat Jering), Perak. Three sections in Selangor have been opened, with work in progress on four other sections, while four sections in Perak have been opened.
