The movement, which advocates boycotts, divestments, and economic sanctions against Israel, said it will lodge the report at the Sentul police headquarters at 10.30am tomorrow.
BDS Malaysia claimed that one of the firm’s vessels is scheduled to arrive in Israel by the end of this month.
“The vessel is carrying eight containers of military explosives destined for Israel. This is in violation of the Genocide Convention and the United Nations Human Rights Council’s call for a military embargo on Israel,” it said in a statement.
BDS Malaysia also cited a January ruling by the International Court of Justice that found Israel to be plausibly committing genocide in Gaza.
It also claimed that the authorities in Namibia had blocked the vessel from docking at any of their ports.
BDS Malaysia urged the firm to immediately stop operating the vessel or unload its illegal cargo.
“Participation in arms transfer to Israel amounts to complicity in genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
“We are perturbed that a company whose project is in violation of international laws is allowed to operate in our country,” it said, adding that this implies that Malaysia is also complicit in the genocide.
It also called on the government to ban the company from operating in Malaysia should it refuse to cease the transportation of the explosives.
