The company said the branch’s closure is part of Puspakom’s efforts to streamline operations and ensure that customers receive top-quality service.
“The closure of the Petaling Jaya branch is a strategic move and will not affect the quality of service,” Puspakom CEO Mahmood Razak Bahman said in a statement today.
To accommodate customers affected by this change, the company is directing them to alternative branches in the Klang Valley – Glenmarie, Padang Jawa and Cheras.
It will also extend operating hours each day at its Glenmarie branch starting Sept 2 to meet increased demand.
The branch will open from 7am to 11pm to provide more flexibility for customers, he said.
