
He said he believes their status will be decided upon based on the provisions contained in the anti-party hopping law.

The six MPs are said to have had their memberships revoked after failing to respond to a written instruction from Bersatu’s Supreme Council to pledge allegiance to the party.
They are Syed Abu Hussin Hafiz Syed Abdul Fasal (Bukit Gantang), Zahari Kechik (Jeli), Azizi Abu Naim (Gua Musang), Iskandar Dzulkarnain Abdul Khalid (Kuala Kangsar), Suhaili Abdul Rahman (Labuan) and Dr Zulkafperi Hanapi (Tanjong Karang).
Yesterday, Dewan Rakyat Speaker Johari Abdul said he had not received official notice from any party regarding the issue.
