Judge Azura Alwi granted the application after deputy public prosecutor Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin told the court that there were no objections.
Naimah said she was invited to attend an art exhibition in Switzerland from June 10 to 16 and subsequently needed to travel to Singapore for work.
She requested the temporary release of her passport from today until June 30.
On Jan 23, Naimah claimed trial before the sessions court to a charge of failing to comply with the terms of an asset declaration notice under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act.
She was accused of failing to declare her ownership of companies, several plots of land here and in Penang, as well as two vehicles.
Naimah was allowed bail of RM250,000 with one surety. Her passport was surrendered to the court as part of her bail conditions.
