
Quoting sources, China Press reported that a car salesman, a bank clerk and an army personnel serving in Kelantan were arrested at 3.30pm on Saturday.
Yesterday, Kuantan police chief Wan Zahari Wan Busu confirmed police were tracking the suspects after a report was filed by an individual.
The suspects had insulted the man when he went to the outlet with his family. One of them also threatened to hit the man with a helmet when he was leaving the outlet.
Wan Zahari said the man lodged a police report and the case is being investigated under Section 506 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation.
