In a statement, LTAT also announced that its interim CEO, Ashraf Radzi, will fully assume the post.

Both appointments take effect from April 1.
LTAT said Azizan brings with him an abundance of experience and leadership acumen, having served with distinction in the armed forces for 40 years.
His career includes holding the positions of chief of air operations and deputy chief of the Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), culminating in his appointment as the 15th RMAF chief.
He became the 17th chief of defence forces in 2009.
“His extensive background in military affairs, diplomacy and leadership development will be instrumental in guiding LTAT towards its strategic objectives and enhancing its role in supporting the welfare of our armed forces personnel and their families,” LTAT said.
LTAT has been in the spotlight recently following the resignation of three top officers, namely chairman Raja Affandi Raja Noor, CEO Ahmad Nazim Abdul Rahman and strategic asset allocation chief Dayana Rogayah Omar.
Auditor-General Wan Suraya Wan Radzi, in her special briefing to the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) earlier this month, had listed LTAT as one of three agencies in need of attention over concerns regarding its financial situation.
Subsequently, PAC said it would summon the top management of LTAT to its proceedings after Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
