PETALING JAYA: Perikatan Nasional leaders have been urged to redouble the coalition’s efforts at disseminating information about its efforts through social media and traditional media.
Wan Saiful Wan Jan, a member of Bersatu’s Supreme Council, said: “We are still not effective enough in disseminating what we do to the people; some people feel as if we are not working, because information about our work does not reach them.”
Given the government’s grip on the media, he said PN must strengthen its reach in social media, while continuing efforts to get wider coverage in traditional media.
He said PN must also increase the number of social media activist programmes and continue to build momentum, especially towards the next general election, with frequent and accurate information delivery.
