Police said investigations are being carried out to identify the parents of a newborn baby found at the foot of a condominium apartment.

The body of a newborn baby boy, with umbilical cord still intact, was found at the foot of a condominium apartment building in Sri Petaling today.

Brickfields police chief Ku Mashariman Ku Mahmood said the baby had suffered a broken skull as a result of a fall or being thrown from a high position. He said a report about the body had been filed at 2.30pm.

Investigations are being conducted to identify the parents or anyone involved.
