Foreign woman found stabbed to death in house in Skudai

Police have detained the victim’s brother and another woman in connection with the killing.

PETALING JAYA:
Johor police have detained two people in connection with the killing of a woman in Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, near Skudai, yesterday.

Johor Bahru Utara police chief Balveer Singh said the suspects were the victim’s brother and a woman, Bernama reported.

The foreign woman, aged 41, was found stabbed to death at a house here.

Police received a distress call on the incident at 4.35am yesterday.

Balveer Singh said they seized a blood-stained knife at the scene and were investigating the motive for the killing.

Balveer said the suspects were a 41-year-old foreign woman and a 24-year-old foreign man. The woman was nabbed at her house while the man was detained at a garbage dumpsite.
