A source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told FMT that Agus had cooperated with police by answering some 70 questions when he was interrogated at the Kajang police station.
“Based on the questions asked, there were two incidents of sexual harassment he was accused of, once in a hotel room and another on a boat.
“And he answered all the questions,” the source said.
The source also said the investigation focused on Wahab’s report.
On Dec 1, it was revealed that Wahab had accused Agus, who stepped down as J-Kom director-general in November, of sexually harassing him.
Wahab claimed in a police report the incident took place at a hotel in Bintulu on Oct 21.
The two men were previously at the centre of a lewd conversation, a recording of which made rounds on social media.
They later appeared at a press conference together, with Agus claiming that the video that went viral had been doctored, while Wahab alleged that he had been pressured to record a call with Agus.
Earlier today, it was reported that Agus, who was accompanied by his lawyer, Zaflee Pakwanteh, arrived at the police station at about 11am and left some two hours later.
He refused to meet with reporters there.
