Aminolhuda, who is Johor Amanah chief, said party president Mohamad Sabu will confer membership on the new entrants at ceramahs in Sungai Abong, Muar, tomorrow and at Taman Rekreasi Taman Uda Utama, Perling, on Sunday, reported Bernama.
Without revealing the identities of the two party leaders, Aminolhuda said having a former Johor executive councillor and a former assemblyman from Bersatu and PAS join Amanah is a clear signal of acceptance of the party.
“We are also confident that this shows that the people are happy with the unity government led by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim,” he said. Amanah is a member of Pakatan Harapan which leads the federal unity coalition.
