Selangor police chief Hussein Omar Khan said a team from the Gombak district police headquarters (IPD) arrested the 35-year-old woman at 1.20am today.
“Police have also seized a mobile phone to assist in investigations under Sections 506 and 186 of the Penal Code and Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act.”
He said the suspect will be granted bail after investigations are completed as police have received several other reports linked to her.
The woman, said to be a police officer, found herself in hot water after a video clip was circulated showing her arguing with rank-and-file policemen.
Another video has since emerged, allegedly showing her arguing with a person at a car park in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur.
