Former prime minister Najib Razak was treated for a lung infection but has since been discharged.

According to a source who spoke on condition of anonymity, the former Pekan MP had been suffering from a lung infection for about two weeks.

Najib was warded at Hospital Kuala Lumpur since Friday but was discharged today.
