IPOH:
Pakatan Harapan will release its general election manifesto when the opposition coalition holds its convention here on Oct 29, Perak PH chairman Mujahid Yusof Rawa said today.

He said top coalition leaders such as PKR president Anwar Ibrahim would join some 5,000 delegates expected to attend the one-day convention, Bernama reported.

“Five major matters will be announced at the convention, namely PH’s prime minister candidate, nationwide seat allocation for PH component parties, the election manifesto, theme song, and mascot for the 15th general election,” he told a press conference at Wisma Parti Amanah Negara here today.

He said PH would also organise the PH Tour to four parliamentary constituencies in the state: Parit Buntar, Lumut, Tambun and Tapah.

Mujahid is the current MP for Parit Buntar, which he has held for three terms. Lumut is the seat of Hatta Ramli of Amanah; Tambun is held by Bersatu deputy president Ahmad Faizal Azumu and Tapah by MIC deputy president M Saravanan.
