The act was exposed after police on patrol duty noticed the suspicious black-coloured Toyota Vellfire and gave chase around noon yesterday.
Sentul district police chief Beh Eng Lai said the chase began in Taman Sri Kuching and ended at Jalan Selinsing after the 17-year-old driver hit a motorcycle and three other cars.
“Investigations found that a 17-year-old boy was driving the MPV and there were 25 foreign individuals including six women, aged between 15 and 39, in the back passenger seats.

“They had no identification documents with them,” he said in a statement, adding that they were all Myanmar nationals.
Another individual, who sat in the front passenger seat, managed to escape.
Beh said according to the teenaged driver, he drove from Rantau Panjang to Kuala Lumpur at 3am yesterday to help the immigrants find jobs.
“The tekong (harbourer) had charged each of the immigrants RM6,000.”
The case is being investigated under Section 26A of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007, Section 6(1)(c) of the Immigration Act 1959/63, and Section 186 of the Penal Code for obstructing a public servant from carrying out his duties.
