ALOR SETAR: Seven families were evacuated to a temporary relief centre after two villages were hit by flash floods in Baling last night.
Civil defence force district officer Rasidah Kassim said the villages were Kampung Iboi and Kampung Badang in the Kupang sub-district.
She said the kampungs were inundated by flood waters following a downpour in the afternoon, causing Sungai Kupang to overflow.
