PETALING JAYA: A senior citizen died in a crash early this morning after driving against traffic at Km32.8 of the Federal Highway heading towards Klang.
Petaling Jaya district police chief Mohamad Fakhruddin Abdul Hamid said the 72-year-old man died at the scene of the 1.45am incident from severe injuries.
“Preliminary investigations found that the car driven by the victim was going against traffic, before he crashed into another oncoming car,” he said in a statement.
He appealed to those who witnessed the incident to contacting traffic investigations officer R Navalan at 014-2536820.
