PKR polls: Rafizi beats Saifuddin in Melaka, Selangor, and Negeri Sembilan

So far, former Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli has garnered nearly 10,000 more votes than Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

PETALING JAYA:
PKR deputy president hopeful Rafizi Ramli has defeated his rival, Saifuddin Nasution Ismail in Melaka, Selangor, and Negeri Sembilan.

According to the party’s website, the former Pandan MP won 2,427 votes against Saifuddin’s 1,464 in Melaka.

In Selangor, Rafizi garnered 25,449 votes compared with Saifuddin’s 22,101, and in Negeri Sembilan, Rafizi managed to secure 5,522 votes while the Kulim-Bandar Baharu MP received 2,559 votes.

Rafizi won in 13 out of the 22 divisions in Selangor.

Meanwhile, director and actor Hans Isaac and rapper Altimet lost in the fight for the position of Ampang PKR division chief.

Hans, also known as Gerald Hans Isaac, 51, garnered 609 votes, while Altimet, also known as Syed Ahmad Syed Abdul Rahman Alhadad, only got 589 votes.

They lost to Daing Muhammad Reduan Bachok who obtained 942 votes.
