
She said she would be focusing on the Ayuh Malaysia campaign, which she co-founded with former Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli.
“I will focus my full attention and efforts on the campaign to win the hearts of fence-sitters through Ayuh Malaysia,” she said in a Facebook post today.
Nurul Izzah noted that PKR members had given her their full support when she contested in the last three party elections.
In December 2018, she stepped down as a party vice-president, a post she won by getting the highest votes among the candidates.
Previously, there had been expectations that she would once again contest the vice-president’s post.
The party elections will be held from May 13 to 18.
