Cops seek YouTuber for sneaking into Sunway Lagoon

Police are on the hunt for a YouTuber and another man for entering Sunway Lagoon theme park without paying for admission.

A third man who recounted the incident is also being sought.

Subang Jaya police chief Abd Khalid Othman said a report had been lodged after a Sunway Lagoon staff saw a YouTube video clip about two men entering the park without paying.

The video clip was posted on the “Ryaan Key” account, he said.

He said one of the suspects had thrown a handphone into the theme park’s grounds and duped the security guard into letting them in by claiming they had left their device behind.

The suspects then disappeared after they were allowed in. He said one of the suspects was the YouTube user.

Police were investigating the case for trespassing and improper use of network facilities.
