Magistrate Engku Nurul Ain Engku Muda allowed for the remand of the 51-year-old doctor to run until Thursday to enable police to conduct further investigations.
The doctor, who admitted to being an anti-vaxxer, was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of selling fake vaccination certificates.
Terengganu police chief Rohaimi Md Isa was reported to have said that initial investigations showed that 1,900 individuals had consulted with the clinic regarding their vaccination.
Police are still investigating how many of them actually obtained the fake certificates.
The doctor is believed to have charged between RM400 and RM600 per person for a vaccination certificate without actually administering the dose.
