
PETALING JAYA: Police have arrested three men in connection with the murder of a Malaysian man at Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday.
Two of the men were remanded for seven days, starting from yesterday.
Following the questioning of the duo, police arrested another man, aged 33, believed to be the main suspect in the case. He will be remanded later today.
Kuala Lumpur CID chief Saiful Annuar Yusoff said Dang Wangi police received information that a man had been found unconscious with a head wound at about 1.03am on Wednesday.
When police arrived, they found the man had died.
A witness told police he saw three men beating the victim at about 6pm the previous day.
Police have not established the motive for the killing.
