PETALING JAYA:
Four volunteers of the Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (Muda) have tested positive for Covid-19, the party said in a statement today.

The volunteers were working at the party’s flood relief coordination headquarters.

“One positive case was detected from a saliva test kit before the volunteer entered the premises. The other three cases were detected through RTK test screening at a clinic,” it said.

Muda said all its staff and volunteers are required to do a Covid-19 self-test before being allowed to enter the headquarters.

It added that the management was currently conducting PCR and RTK tests on all staff at the headquarters and the results are expected to be released tomorrow.
