JOHOR BAHRU: Former Johor menteri besar Osman Sapian has died. He was 70.
His death comes just two months after he suffered a stroke.
Osman’s death was confirmed by his brother, Aziz.
“It’s true (he passed away),” he told FMT.
It was previously reported that Osman, the Kempas assemblyman, was undergoing treatment in Kuala Lumpur after suffering a stroke.
He was the 16th Johor menteri besar and the first from Bersatu following Pakatan Harapan’s victory in the 14th general election.
