Cops nab 2 men after RM1mil robbery in Ampang

The victim told police the men, claiming to be enforcement personnel, searched his home in Jalan Ampang and left with his money.

Police made the arrests immediately after the victim lodged a report.
PETALING JAYA:
Two suspects, including a former officer from an enforcement agency, have been detained for robbing RM1 million in cash from a businessman on Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, two days ago.

According to Harian Metro, three men, claiming to be enforcement personnel, entered the businessman’s residence on the pretext of carrying out an investigation.

They searched the house and then demanded that the victim surrender RM1 million in cash.

After the men left in a car, the victim lodged a police report.

Upon receiving the complaint, police nabbed two suspects in their 30s, including the former enforcement officer.

Police are now looking for the third suspect.
