PETALING JAYA: The health ministry reported 42 Covid-19 deaths yesterday, according to its GitHub database.
Of the total, 10 were classified as brought-in-dead. The death toll now stands at 28,354.
As of 12am today, there were 77,305 active cases including 323 in intensive care units (ICU), 297 of whom require respiratory assistance.
There were also 9,178 recoveries reported, bringing the total number of those discharged to 2,320,391.
The total number of Covid-19 cases recorded in Malaysia now stands at 2,426,050.
