PETALING JAYA:
Three locations in Pahang will go on a two-week lockdown from tomorrow and Saturday.

National Security Council (MKN) director-general Rodzi Md Saad said the enhanced movement control order (EMCO) would be enforced in Ladang Felda Kechau and Taman Teratai from Saturday to Oct 15.

Meanwhile, the EMCO in Kampung Bukit Serdang will start from tomorrow to Oct 14.

The lockdown was imposed after health officers detected new Covid-19 cases in these areas.

Rodzi also said the EMCO at three Orang Asli villages in Pahang – Kampung Kuala Terbol, Kampung Pian, Kampung Lubok Wong – and at Penor Prison in Kuantan will end tomorrow as scheduled.
