PETALING JAYA: A total of 17,973,545 or 55% of the total population have completed their Covid-19 vaccination yesterday, according to the Covid-19 Vaccine Supply Access Guarantee Special Committee (JKJAV).
In an infographic shared on its official Twitter page today, the committee said 21,783,871 or 66.7% of the total population have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
It said 202,298 doses were administered yesterday, with 62,108 receiving their first dose and 140,190 their second dose.
The total number of vaccine doses administered through the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) now stands at 39,685,414.
The programme was launched on Feb 24 to curb the Covid-19 pandemic nationwide.
