EPF says online appointments may be made for selected services at its branch offices nationwide from tomorrow.
KUALA LUMPUR:
The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will be opening its service counters at its branch offices nationwide from tomorrow for selected services.

The services are withdrawals for contributors aged 50, 55 and 60, withdrawals for health reasons or death, and collection of payment orders or banker’s cheques.

The counters will be open from 8.30am to 2pm on weekdays.

Members are required to schedule their appointments via the portal, it said in a statement. They are also advised to use EPF’s online services, i-Akaun (members) and i-Akaun (employers) to expedite and facilitate services.
