PETALING JAYA: Home minister Hamzah Zainudin’s office has refuted claims that he is hosting a birthday party tonight.
In a statement, Hamzah’s press secretary Zulkifli Bujang said the invitation to journalists making its rounds on WhatsApp is fake.
The invite had claimed that the party would be attended by ministers and their deputies as well as MPs.
However, Zulkifli said there was no such party.
“We urge everyone who received the invitations to ignore them and not forward them to other journalists.”
