PETALING JAYA:
The government has thanked South Korea for donating 23,000 Covid-19 test kits, as well as another 23,000 units of viral transport media and dual swab tests.

In a statement, the health ministry revealed that this donation had arrived at their office today.

“This is part of a collaboration between our local government, the Korea Development Institute, and the Asia Development Bank to prepare Malaysia against infectious outbreaks.”

The collaboration was initiated in September 2020 and is set to end this May.

The health ministry also encouraged further strengthening diplomatic ties with the South Korean government, especially in vaccination efforts.
