
Gymnasiums will be allowed to operate with stringent SOPs while only 10 players will be allowed to use the football field at one time for training.
Ismail said complete SOPs will be issued by the youth and sports ministry soon.
On the rule that allows only two persons to be in a car, he said if the passengers are from the same family or living together, they can apply for a letter from the police to increase the number of passengers.
The rule will only be for those going to work within the range of 30km from their home.

Meanwhile, Ismail said police arrested 467 people for various offences under the CMCO.
Of that number, 460 were fined, six remanded and one was relesed on bail.
The majority of offences included not wearing face masks and flouting physical distancing rules.
Action was also taken against 115 premises for not taking down their customers’ details and operating beyond permitted hours.
A total of 2,913 compliance task force teams were deployed, involving 12,744 personnel. They conducted checks at 72,836 premises, including supermarkets, restaurants and factories.
Regarding the mandatory home quarantine, Ismail said 49,923 people who arrived through KLIA were screened for Covid-19 from July 24 to Oct 16 and were placed under quarantine.
A total of 381 individuals were sent to hospital for treatment, while 40,291 have been allowed to return home.
