PETALING JAYA: Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz says the moratorium on loan repayments will end in September as scheduled.
According to Bernama, he said a targeted approach would be taken moving forward as under the recovery movement control order (RMCO), many businesses were now back in operation and able to service their loans.
The six-month freeze on loan repayments was introduced on April 1. It will end on Sept 30.
