The police officers were detained at a club in Kuala Lumpur and tested positive for methamphetamine.
Thirty-one of those arrested were foreigners.
Police also seized about RM66,800 worth of drugs, Bukit Aman Narcotics Crime Investigation Department (NCID) director Mohd Khalil Kader Mohd said in a statement.
He also said that 78 others were nabbed for possessing and distributing various drugs.
The arrest of the two policemen came just two days after Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador said he was determined to make the police force drug-free.
Some 260 officers and personnel have been arrested for drug abuse within a span of two months.
