He is said to have uploaded a YouTube video titled “Dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa pembunuh arwah Syed Muhammad Danial Syed Shakir bakal terlepas dari tali gantung”

According to the charge sheet, the video was intended to incite others to commit a criminal offence.

Those found guilty could be jailed up to two years’ or fined or both.

Lokman, 46, is said to have committed the offence at the Selangor police headquarters here about 5pm on Aug 13 this year.

Magistrate Erry Harman Nor Aripin imposed RM5,000 bail with one surety.

The judge has fixed Nov 19 for case mention.

Syed Muhammad Danial Syed Syakir, 29, was injured after his car was involved in an accident with another vehicle at the Bandar Baru Bangi intersection of the North-South Expressway on Aug 10.

It was reported that he had an argument with another driver, Yew Wei Liang, 41, after knocking into the latter’s car.

Both drivers were later involved in a car chase, before a fight ensued at the Bandar Baru Bangi interchange.

Syed Danial was said to have used a baseball bat to attack the other car before he was struck by it.

He later died of his injuries. Yew was charged with his murder.
