He said a few police reports had been filed against him over the past few weeks regarding this case.

He said it was the duty of citizens to inform those responsible when they had evidence to implicate “some bad apples” and that was what he had done.

He said he was not questioning the integrity of MACC to continue its investigations into the case, he told reporters at a conference on temples here today.

Arun, who heads the Reform Batu Caves Task Force, said he has yet to hear anything from MACC so far regarding the investigation into the temple land issue but was hoping MACC will call him soon.

“I have been told that they will do that soon.”

Previously, Arun had urged the anti-graft body to investigate three of its officers who he alleged had leaked information on the temple land case.

On another matter, he said the group was looking forward to help 500 Hindu temples provide more community services.
