
The superyacht, which was recently sold to casino operator Genting Malaysia Bhd for US$126 million (RM520.8 million) is currently moored in Singapore according to marinetraffic.com.
The 91m vessel, which has an interior clad in marble and gold leaf, a movie theatre and helipad among others, was allegedly bought by controversial businessman Low Taek Jho, better known as Jho Low, with money taken from the state investment arm.
1MDB, founded by former prime minister Najib Razak, is being investigated by at least six countries for money laundering and corruption.
The US Department of Justice has said some US$4.5 billion (RM18.6 billion) was syphoned from 1MDB and used by Jho Low and his associates to buy the Equanimity, a private jet as well as Picasso paintings, jewellery and real estate.
Genting Malaysia, which operates a casino in Sentosa, told Malaysiakini the superyacht was acquired to cater to its VIP customers.
