Representatives of Gerakan Pembela Ummah (Ummah) and Pertubuhan Muafakat Sejahtera Masyarakat Malaysia (Muafakat) arrived at 4pm and spent more than 40 minutes with the police.
The investigation is believed to be connected to the presence of children at the rally linked to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, which attracted thousands of people.
Police had earlier told participants not to bring their children along.
Ummah chairman, Aminuddin Yahaya said they gave their full cooperation to the police.
“We are prepared to meet the police if we are called back by them,” he told reporters.
Asked about the matter, Aminuddin said they had issued a standard operating procedure (SOP) for everyone to follow.
“This proves that we (the organisers) took the necessary steps, but perhaps there were others who wanted to also go shopping with their children,” he said.
Earlier today, Inspector-General of Police Mohamad Fuzi Harun said that the rally organisers would be called up to assist in the investigations.
On Nov 23, Putrajaya said it would not ratify the international rights treaty and would continue to uphold the Federal Constitution.
