
According to Bernama, Samirah Muzaffar was remanded for seven days.
Polis also arrested Samirah’s ex-husband.
According to the national news agency, Samirah was arrested in Taman Tun Dr Ismail at 2.15am.
“She was arrested after a 43-year old man, who is Sarimah’s ex-husband, was picked up in Sepang at 1am,” Selangor CID chief Fadzil Ahmat was quoted by Bernama as saying.
This comes almost a month after authorities confirmed that Nazrin’s death had been classified as murder.
In June, it was reported that Nazrin had died in a fire at his residence in Petaling Jaya.
Cradle Fund confirmed that the post-mortem report concluded he had died of complications from injuries suffered when a mobile phone that was being charged exploded.
